Good Federal Western PA Cherry Inlaid Tall Case Clock. Ca. 1790-1800. Broken arch above turned columns. String and line inlay with stars on swans necks and navette panel having a half moon. Painted face with eight day brass works having moon phase dial, second hand and calendar. 98 1/2"h. (Provenance: Dorothy L. Davids, Westmoreland Museum of Art, Peter Chilingworth Antiques, Prive Collection Stahlstown, PA.)
